Customers are advised to take care of the garments purchased and ensure that it is not damaged whilst you inspect them or try them on.
Products must be unused, unworn and in good condition with original hangtags and packaging attached. All original packaging must be intact in order to process return or exchange.
Store credits (voucher) are issued to replace payments originally made in a case where you do not wish to exchange.
You may return/ exchange a product you are unhappy with within 14 days of receipt.
